    Vendor coordination

    We secure contractors, furniture, permits and all logistics.

    Installation

    Our team builds out the space, installs fixtures and handles setup.

    Ongoing support

    Day-of coordination, staffing and maintenance through your run.

    Teardown

    Complete breakdown and space restoration at the end of your pop up.

Good to know

Timelines & flexibility

We recommend booking production at least 3–4 weeks before your start date for standard setups with rental fixtures; complex fabrication or custom installations may need 8–12 weeks.

Already have your own designers or contractors? We’re happy to collaborate with your team or manage the entire production independently.

And while we specialize in our own spaces, we provide production support for pop-ups in other venues across NYC too.
