From June 6th to 22nd, 2 Rivington Street was completely transformed into a pickle lover's paradise: limited-edition pickled bites (think pickled grapes, red onions, garlic), exclusive Grillo's merch, and the cult-favorite classics — chips, wholes, spears, and the one-and-only Pickle de Gallo.
But it wasn't just about the pickles. The immersive activation served up menu collaborations with New York favorites including 7th Street Burger, Ray's, Friends from New York, Alidoro, Gotham Burger, PopUp Bagels, and Brown Bag Sandwich Co. — doors open daily, come hungry, come curious, and celebrate the tangiest event of the summer.
