Dom Pérignon showed that having great taste isn't just about champagne; it's also about choosing the right location and providing the perfect experience filled with style and opulence for their VIP guests. Tastemakers, including top editors and influencers, gathered in Nolita's very own 262 Mott to celebrate the Takashi Murakami designs for the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 champagne.
The Murakami Flower Studio opened to the public over the weekend, inviting New Yorkers into the world of Dom Pérignon and Murakami — with craft-your-own Ikebana floral arrangements, an AR mirror photo booth set among the artist's signature smiling blossoms, and premium collectibles for a handful of lucky attendees each day. Murakami joins Dom Pérignon's storied lineage of collaborators, from Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat to Jeff Koons and Lenny Kravitz.
