Nothing is charged today. A producer reviews your request, confirms your dates and pricing, then sends your invoice.
Spaces are available for minimum one week rental, starting on Tuesdays at 10am and ending on Mondays at noon.

A fully refundable security deposit is also required. The amount depends on your pop-up type and is confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
If your request is approved, these terms apply
Payment 1 locks in your dates; other than the fully refundable security deposit, payments are nonrefundable.
Utilities & A/C, Wi-Fi, commercial liability insurance, basic trash removal 3×/week, taxes, and post-rental touch-ups & cleaning are included — provided on a best-efforts basis. Repairs beyond normal wear are billed against the security deposit.
Your merchandise and property are not covered against damage, vandalism or theft; weather-related losses are not indemnified.
Painting and electrical work must be hired through Parasol; installation plans need advance approval.
Celebrity or influencer activations require advance review and a security plan; crowd-related fines are your responsibility.

Once your booking is approved you’ll be sent an email with your booking confirmation, billing information form and client portal access. Bookings are confirmed within 48 hours. If we have any more questions our team will reach out by email, so please keep an eye out.
