Parasol Projects has been managing and producing Pop-Ups on a global scale since 2012.

Supervising hundreds of successful art exhibitions, retail and fashion projects, sample sales and other events, we consider ourselves the Pop-Up experts. We have full control of all of our spaces through longterm leases or exclusive management agreement with Landlords, saving our clients from paying broker fees and allowing us to book your project months in advance. In addition, our inhouse production and marketing teams offer full service assistance to our clients for any project, from small budget brands to well-established larger ones.

From concept to production, Parasol Projects offers a turnkey solution for creatives, brands, and designers to Pop-Up successfully. Check out Parasol Projects Shop Share Program, it is a great way to still have access to our high traffic spaces, while sharing the space to reduce overhead.

Yes, every renter must be covered by liability insurance. This is to protect you during the length of your stay. If you do not already have this, it is easy to attain and very affordable. Upon signing, we will provide you with details of our recommended insurance providers.
Yes, all of our spaces are well suited for events. Specific capacities, hours of operation, and regulations vary by location. Full details can be provided upon request.
No, when you assume the lease of the space, the gallery is yours. However, our team is always available should any issues arise.
Our typical rental cycle is weekly, with move-in on Tuesday at 10:00 AM and move-out the following Monday 12:00 PM. There is no maximum duration of your stay, so long as we have the availability to accommodate your needed dates. We do make occasional exceptions to the weekly cycle, depending on the dates and the project.
Yes, we have relationships with and insights into an extended network of spaces throughout both New York and London. Feel free to let us know what you are looking for if we do not already provide it.
